 The Bulletproof experience is an online blog setup to produce motivating and relatable posts for readers to engage in.

'Hopeless, despair, desperation' are just a few of the words our founder and writer joe, had played back to him in his head when enduring by far the toughest moments of his 28 year life to date. these words will certainly not be unique to him and tend to be a result of mistakes, addiction or many other experiences that live with us in our minds.

but what most of us do not realise is, its these experiences that we grit ourselves through and look back on with such disappointment, are the experiences that actually give ourselves that bulletproof approach to life when tackling future 'life' hurdles in the future.
